I will gladly accept most returns (except custom orders), unless otherwise stated in the item listing. Here are some general guidlines:
Return must be started within 14 days of item delivery
Buyer is responsible for return shipping
Items must be exactly how I sent them out, brand new and un-used! (Unless it was damaged by the post, in that case please send photos!)
If you are unhappy with a custom order, please email me and maybe we can come to a solution!
*Please note I ask for approval on all custom orders before final production, so unless there is a quality defect generally the buyer will be responsible for anything wrong with their order.
processsing & shipping
PROCESSING: I am a one woman show, so processing times may vary! But in general premade work goes out within 2-3 business days, and custom work is done by a case-by-case basis. That can generally range from a week, to a month depending on what it is.
SHIPPING: I use USPS for most orders, though heavier items (frame originals, large quantities of shirts) will be shipped via UPS.
Any shipping over-charges will be reimbursed! I am still working out the kinks in my shipping calculator configuration, and if for whatever reason it is over what is needed I will happily and automatically reimburse the excess.
International Shipping: Please note that any taxes or fees on international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.
Yes! I am currently accepting custom work!
Here are some basic guidelines on commissions:
Custom work can include screen printing (my art or yours!), custom banners (my artwork only), tiny cameos, drawing, or fine art paintings.
All work is accepted on a case by case basis. Please don’t take it personally if I say no! If it’s not something I would enjoy working on, chances are I might say no.
I no longer accept tattoo drawing work. If you like my work, feel free to use any of my images as a tattoo (just please credit me)! I am happy to make a custom painting or drawing, that you can bring to inspire an artist, but I don’t do tattoo designs specifically since an actual tattoo artist would know better how to compose a piece to fit on your body where you’d like it.
